Women's Self-Defense Class at the Ludlow Community Center

Beginning Saturday, October 23rd, Sue Kozlik will be presenting a R.A.D. Basic Physical Defense Class at the Ludlow Community Center . The class will run for 5 Saturdays from 1-4pm. The course is an excellent choice for women of all ages and abilities. Mother/daughter teams are encouraged! Covered topics include Risk Awareness, Recognition, Reduction and Avoidance through a variety of mental strategies and physical techniques. The program culminates with an optional simulation to allow students to utilize their knowledge in a controlled but realistic setting.

Community Center members $5 / Non-members $10. Registration deadline is Saturday, October 16th . Classes begin Saturday, October 23rd . For more information, contact Diahann at 583-2072 or Sue at 531-1189.
